Roxanne Russell

Roxanne is an Instructional Technology and Design consultant and PhD student. Her professional and research focus is providing training solutions for organizations with global personnel challenges. She serves as a Research Fellow for the India, China & America Institute, helping foster conversation among a global audience on the impact of the market relationship between America and the world's two largest emerging markets.
She received her M.A. in English from Auburn University in 1997 and has been an instructor for Auburn University, Tuskegee University, Michigan State University, North Carolina State University and Shaw University. Since 2002 she has been a member of the online faculty of the University of Phoenix Online.
